We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/or purchasing replacement parts from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

• Product Revisions & Serial Verification: Due to subtle hardware differences across console production runs (e.g., Steam Deck LCD vs. OLED revisions, daughterboard revision letters B, F, G, etc.), it is the Buyer's explicit responsibility to check part numbers and revision codes prior to purchasing.
• Trademark Disclaimer: GoPlayParts and Petr Wolf are independent entities specializing in console repair parts. We are not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by Valve Corporation, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft, or Nintendo. "Steam Deck" and associated brand names are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

4. International Orders, Customs & Taxes

• Global Delivery: We ship products worldwide to eligible destinations.
• Import Duties & Customs Clearance: For orders shipped outside the European Union, the Buyer acts as the importer of record. Prices on goplayparts.com do not include destination-country import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance fees levied by local authorities upon arrival. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
• Refused Shipments: If a shipment is rejected due to unpaid customs tariffs, shipping fees and return freight costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Pricing Currency: All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) as indicated on the product checkout page.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and secure electronic payment methods processed via encrypted SSL connections.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reason of inventory inaccuracy, suspected fraud, or technical errors in listing details or pricing.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (EU & International)

• 14-Day EU Statutory Right: Customers residing within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of physical receipt of the product.
• Global Return Window: We extend a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all customers worldwide.
• Condition of Returned Items: Returned replacement parts must be returned in the condition received, without user-inflicted physical, electrostatic, or mechanical damage.
• Non-Refundable Costs: Unless the item was shipped in error or arrived defective, the Buyer pays for return shipping.

7. Technical Knowledge & Disclaimer of Liability

• Self-Repair Warning: Installing electronic components and hardware daughterboards requires technical skill, appropriate tools, and total device disassembly.
• Limitation of Fault: Petr Wolf / GoPlayParts shall not be held liable for any damage caused to your gaming console, mainboard, casing, or peripheral components resulting from improper installation, electrostatic discharge (ESD), or user error during self-repair.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• Governing Law: These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without giving effect to its conflict of law principles.
• Consumer Rights Protection: This choice of law does not deprive consumer purchasers within the EU or international jurisdictions of mandatory consumer protection laws in their home country.
• Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution (EU Consumers): EU resident consumers may initiate an out-of-court settlement via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce - coi.cz) or via the official European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR Platform) at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
